Work with Me

Teacher development, AI readiness, and communication training in India.

I work with schools, corporates, and EdTech organisations across India — combining Cambridge English expertise, CPD design, and a diagnostic-first approach to Business English and communication skills.

For schools.

Most schools are introducing new tools and expectations without giving teachers the support to meet them. CPD in many schools is still a checkbox — not a genuine investment in the people doing the work.

I have spent six years overseeing Cambridge English programmes and teacher development at The English Advantage — India's leading Cambridge-authorised exam centre — working with Cambridge-affiliated, ICSE, CBSE, and IB schools across India. I work with school leadership teams to design and deliver teacher development programmes that are grounded in real classroom practice. Whether that is a Cambridge English programme, an AI readiness workshop for staff, or a structured CPD framework, the starting point is always the same: what do your teachers actually need?

What this looks like.

  • Cambridge English programme design and implementation
  • Teacher development workshops and CPD frameworks
  • AI readiness training for teaching staff
  • English language benchmarking and assessment
  • Parent orientation sessions on Cambridge programmes
  • Ongoing academic support and quality review

Engagements are scoped individually. I work with single schools and school groups.

Schools that complete a structured CPD programme with me typically see measurable changes in how teachers plan lessons, respond to learner needs, and engage with their own professional growth — within a single term.

What this looks like.

  • Communication skills diagnostic and baseline assessment
  • Business English training — individual and cohort
  • Presentation and professional communication workshops
  • Writing skills development
  • AI-assisted communication — judgment and editing quality
  • Cohort progress reporting for HR and L&D teams

Engagements are available as one-off workshops or structured programmes over time.

Teams that go through the full diagnostic and training cycle develop a clearer, more confident professional communication style — and a practical framework for using AI writing tools with genuine quality control.

For corporates.

Most corporate communication training starts with delivery — workshops, sessions, content. The better question is: what is the actual gap, and how do you measure whether it closes?

My approach to corporate communication training draws on the same diagnostic rigour I have applied to Cambridge English assessment for over a decade — the difference is that corporate communication is assessed both unassisted and with AI tools, because that is how professional writing actually works in 2026. I take a diagnostic-first approach. Before any training begins, I assess where your team actually is — speaking, listening, reading, writing, and use of English — both unassisted and with AI tools. That data shapes everything that follows. Training is targeted, not generic. Progress is tracked, not assumed.

For EdTech organisations and examination bodies.

My curriculum and content work is informed by direct experience with Cambridge English — one of the world's most rigorous language assessment frameworks — as well as Trinity College London's TESOL qualifications (DipTESOL, CertTESOL) and doctoral research on writing development and peer feedback.

I consult on curriculum design, content development, and trainer quality for EdTech companies and examination bodies looking to build programmes that reflect how language learning and teaching actually work. I am also open to part-time and project-based collaborations.

  • Curriculum and course design
  • Content development and review
  • Trainer development and quality assurance
  • AI-assisted learning design
  • Assessment framework consultancy

Organisations I work with on curriculum and content development typically end up with materials that are grounded in real teaching practice, not just theoretical frameworks — which is the difference between content that gets used and content that gets filed away.

Common questions.

It always starts with a conversation. I want to understand the context before I suggest anything. Most engagements begin with a short diagnostic or scoping call — no proposal before I understand the actual problem.
