Express Edge 360 · Corporate Communication Training

This is not a workshop. It is an accountable intervention with measurable outcomes.

A structured corporate communication training programme for teams where English communication is a genuine business need — combining expert-led training, AI-assisted progress tracking, and multi-source assessment.

No commitment required. Tell us about your team and we will come back with a scoped proposal.

Why most corporate communication training does not work.

Most communication training starts with content — workshops, sessions, materials. The better question is: what is the actual gap, and how do you measure whether it closes? Most programmes cannot answer that question because they never measured where people were to begin with.

A second problem is that AI has already changed professional communication. People use AI tools to draft, edit, and translate at work every day. A training programme that does not account for this is training for a reality that no longer exists.

Express Edge 360 starts with a diagnostic. It assesses both what your team can do without support and what they can do with AI assistance. That distinction — which most programmes ignore — is where the real picture of professional communication competency lives.

What Express Edge 360 is.

Five skills. One integrated programme. Three sources of assessment.

Express Edge 360 tracks each candidate's development across five communication skills — Speaking, Reading, Use of English, Listening, and Writing. Assessment draws from three sources: trainer observation, AI-assisted analysis, and candidate self-assessment. Progress is tracked across ten training sessions and reported to HR weekly in a structured, contextualised snapshot.

  • Speaking
  • Reading
  • Use of English
  • Listening
  • Writing

Speaking and Reading carry the highest interpretive weight in the assessment framework.

What makes Express Edge 360 different — three-source assessment.

01

Trainer observation.

Every session is assessed by the programme lead — an experienced Cambridge-certified trainer who interprets candidate performance in context, not just against a rubric.

02

AI-assisted analysis.

AI tools provide a second layer of assessment data — consistent, unbiased, and available across every session. Never used as the sole basis for a decision. Always interpreted by the trainer before reaching HR.

03

Candidate self-assessment.

Candidates assess their own performance after each session. Self-assessment data is triangulated with trainer and AI data — giving a fuller picture of development than any single source provides.

What HR sees — and what stays private.

What HR receives.

  • A weekly published snapshot — reviewed and contextualised by the trainer before release. Never raw data, never unfiltered AI output.
  • A cohort view showing all candidates with attendance and average scores across the five skills.
  • An individual candidate view with a progress line chart across the programme duration.
  • A closing report at the end of the programme with outcomes, trajectory, and recommendations.

What stays private.

  • In-session work and individual struggle are never exposed to HR.
  • Candidates are briefed at onboarding on exactly what HR sees and what remains private.
  • HR sees outcomes and trajectory — not process.
  • Data is accessible only to HR and the trainer. Never sold, never used for any purpose beyond the programme.
